Dry Cleaning Pick Up & Delivery
Tailor on Tour is not liable for any damages caused by dry cleaning facilities. Customer is not obligated to pay service fees if garments are damaged, and 50% of the transportation fee will be refunded to the customer in this case. Customer has 48 hours after drop off to request refund.
Basic Sewing
Full refunds will be granted to the customer if material was damaged during sewing services. If damaged material was part of an order with multiple items, a refund will be granted for the price of service for that item rather than the cost of service for the entire project. Customer has 48 hours after drop off to request refund.

Full refunds available if Tailor on Tour cancels appointments for pick up or delivery within 24 hours.
Embroidery Service
Full refunds will be granted to the customer if material was provided and damaged during embroidery service. If damaged material was part of an order with multiple items, a refund will be granted for the price of services for that item rather than the cost of service for the entire project.
